To be rigorous, the 3200 Hz setting should probably be +6dB.  While
the K3 does not normally pass 3200 Hz (unless one is using ESSB),
there is some value in continuing the pre-emphasis through the top
of the transmit passband.  Most quality communications microphones
place their passband peak in the 3000 - 3500 Hz range.

I also recommend the 100 and 200 Hz values be doubled to -12 and -6 dB
respectively.  The low frequency component of transmit audio uses most
of the power and contributes the least to intelligibility.
