[Elecraft] 200 Hz 5-pole filter

One can download the Sherwood list and save it to an EXCEL file. Then
sort it by your own choosing. The Sherwood list is presented on one
parameter only being dynamic range, narrow spaced. There's multiple
other parameters that make for a fine receiver.
