I am looking at ways to bring back P3 panadapter information over the Internet.  Programs like VNC, Teamviewer, etc. appear to limit screen refresh to about once per second.  That results in a very "choppy" display that's almost useless.    

Is there a means to bring back near-real-time P3 screen information over the Internet?  Since the output of the P3SVGA is designed to feed a video monitor, perhaps we could use a device that converts the P3SVGA output into a format suitable for streaming.  

Anyone know of such a device that's also bandwidth conscious over an Internet connection?
