[Elecraft] K3 TX all the time ISSUE

I've sometimes seen this when I have the K3 menu entry "PTT-KEY" to something that allows the DTR/RTS RS-232 signals to assert PTT or key the radio, and RS-232 line is asserted.

My Dear friends. I have a strange problem with my K3.

I noticed today some electrostatics from my antenna (high voltage from antenna cable).
(My K3 was not grounded properly - my fault).
After that my K3 started transmitting all the time. There is no key paddle connected…

The only way to stop transmitting is to turn on K3 with touched paddle (KEY ERR).
Has anyone had a similar issue?
