[Elecraft] VOX SET Command?

Hi Joel,

I will look into doing just that.  Still looking for an answer about VOX
SET and if the command exists yet.

Freeing up PF2 for the setup I use on SOTA would be a real bonus-I use a
Heil Headset and usually have to manually set that up on the mountain.
