[Elecraft] K3: PSK31 will not allow Split operation

There's nothing to correct, split works fine on Data A.
Worked W1AW/0 on PSK63, split on the first call the other day. My first PSK63
QSO... I liked it, very snappy compared to the watching paint dry PSK31.
You do need to insure that the "B" vfo is on the same mode as the "A". Double
tap A->B to insure this.
