[Elecraft] K3 Memory Management Program

Just for the record... It would have been a show stopper for me if the
K3 software was only Windows... Now that I have had a chance to play
with the rig a bit more, I still might have bought it, but I really do
thank Elecraft for supporting Debian and the other forms of Linux.
