Jean-Francios,

I believe that means you should email support at elecraft.com for further 
assistance.
Try doing the TX Gain calibration before attempting the TX Carrier 
Balance.  It seems you have a failure in the TX Gain calibration, or at 
least the TX carrier balance procedure thinks there is a problem.
