[Elecraft] KX3 anormal output voltage reading

Hi Don,
I did the procedure on page 33.
On the 4W test, these bands failed with the error code ERR TXG D=0000
Bands that failed are 60m, 40m, 20m, 17m, 12m
On the 6W test, all bands passed the test.
