[Elecraft] KXPA100 Mobile Operations

I agree, especially from real-world operation.  The Hustler system
just doesn't cut it for a variety of reasons.  Efficiency (in my book)
is #1.

Anyone want to donate a Hi-Q to the cause?  :)
