[Elecraft] K2/100 7211 TX Power output meter stopped working

I had a failure of the EL5146C op amp. You might check it. In my case, mine shorted internally, which brought the +5 volt supply to zero, which made the K2 think the KPA100 was not installed. But, yours might have opened or something.

I think D16 & D17, as well as the EL5146C might be pretty good targets for static discharges from the antenna.
