[Elecraft] addendum to K2 problem

I estimate that something over 90% of all the problems I have had with rigs
over the years not performing up to spec came from from bad coax and
connector installation.  That's the first thing I suspect now.  Goofy tune
up, weird SWR readings, lo-no output, poor signal reception, hair loss and
gout, all from bad connectors and bad coax!

It's not always that, of course, but it has been the first place to start
looking, and testing every part of the feed line from S0-239 to driven
element!
