3 days after I e mailed Elecraft it arrived. No charge. Fantastic service. Know any JA company that does that? Also why I'm all Elecraft. K3, KPA500 & KAT500. Probably when something new I want appears with the Elecraft name my order will be on it's way. 54 yr.s an active ham & I can say this is as good as it gets............. K9IL
