[Elecraft] K2 knob replacement

I do not know the serial number, but it was above 7000 for certain.
If you built your K2, you should know because you would have had to
assemble the encoder board.
If you did not build it, take the top cover off and peer between the
front panel and the control board (maybe shine a light there to be able
to see). If you see the back end of the encoder with a board mounted on
it, you have the new one. The old one did not have a board mounted on it.
