[Elecraft] KX3 LSB Off Frequency

I just received my second KX3 and it seems to have an issue.  On LSB "only"
it sounds like its off frequency when it shows dead on where it should be.
Tuning up or down makes it over more so, if you listen closely it seems to
be on but garbled. Never had this happen on my first KX3 on LSB and on this
one all other voice modes USB and AM are fine.

 

Any input would be most welcomed.
