Henry,

If this is a new K2, send an email to parts at elecraft.com and request a 
replacement.
In the meantime, use whatever substitute means you wish to substitute 
for the test point at TP3 - that one is used the most seldom.  Put the 
good ones at TP1 and TP2 which will be used more often.
