[Elecraft] cobweb antenna

I don't know exactly what G3TPW is doing these days but M0ZIM is selling 
a commercial cobwebb: see

Usual disclaimers - I do have one of these antennas but otherwise no 
interest in the operation.  I think Mark will ship worldwide.
