[Elecraft] KAT100 project - removing the control board

As usual Don you had it spot on!

The tuner started to not turn on at times when I would switch on the K2.
I re-soldered all the pins on J3.  It now seems to function properly with
band switching and power switching.

Thanks so much.

Now for alingment.  I'll let you know how it goes.
