[Elecraft] K3: Use VFO-B to select dBV

I am getting dBV here, Bob, the VFO-B knob being fully clockwise.

I presume you have up-to-date firmware? Mine is uC=4.61, D1/2=2.80,
FL=1.15, DR=1.03.
