[Elecraft] RP2 Orientation for KRC2

There are no distinguishing marks or differences in pin cross-section.  However, my VOM shows that one end, which I have declared to be pin 1, measures 47K ohms to every other pin.  

I probably should have been smart enough to work that out myself.
