[Elecraft] K1 band change Issue

Bill,

Go into the K1 menu and change the "b2" menu parameter from 14 to 10.  
If the 4 band board has the 18.1 kHz crystal at X3, tap DISPLAY to 
change the parameter from 10.0 to 10.1.
