I'm telling you that the K3 sets TX EQ FLAT in DATA Modes.  I don't
have my K3 with me but that's the documented behavior and matches
what I've seen since the very beginning.

If you see anything other that FLAT in TX EQ when your are DATA A or
AFSK A, then your rig is not set up correctly.
