[Elecraft] Elecraft FTP server unreachable?

Problem resolved!  Turned out to be an overly aggressive firewall in a router
on my home network, about which I had forgotten since I set it up years ago. 
Loosened the screws on the firewall temporarily, successfully upgraded K3
firmware, and battened the hatches again once done.  The K3 Utility help
file did mention a possible need to "negotiate" with the firewall in the
event of an FTP timeout, but I was originally thinking only of the firewall
on the host PC for the K3.  Just wanted to report back in case others should
encounter a similar difficulty.
