[Elecraft] Elecraft FTP server unreachable?

I've tried accessing the FTP server for a firmware upgrade via the K3
Utility, Firefox, and IE, but no response.  I checked my firewall settings
to be sure the FTP server is a trusted site, but still no connection.  What
have I overlooked?
