[Elecraft] K3 - DATA mode does not TX

After I 'cranked' 'line' to maximum; I was able to get to 75% of full
power...

So i guess I will leave it that.

- now - what am I doing wrong with my APRS 2 meter setup (previous post)
with no answers  :-)
