[Elecraft] K3 - DATA mode does not TX

The next step us to set line in/out levels, also in the menu (tech on?).  The actual name eludes me, I'm remoting to the K3 while traveling and didn't look at the .pdf files I carry in the phone.  

And then to confirm signals at the sound card (bad cables, wrong source, etc.).

My line out is 003 to the SignaLink for example.
