[Elecraft] P3/SVGA Beta Firmware 1.24/1.14 Now Available

I have the upload sorted now.  I was power cycling the P3 as suggested but
that did nothing.  Power cycling the K3 as well caused the problem to go
away.
I don't know why I hadn't thought of doing it earlier.
