[Elecraft] K3 with SteppIR SDA100 controller and MK II

I had the SteppIR SDA100 autotracking the K3 using the MicroHam  MK II.  I
rebooted the computer, now the SDA100 controller will not auto-track.  The
baudrate is set at 38400
