[Elecraft] KX3 builder's alert #1 released - IMPORTANT

In my case, the screws were correct but the alignment of the screw holes in
the battery holders, to the pc board was off my several milimeters,
requiring that the screws be inserted at an angle, not allowing them to sit
flush. I altered the battery holder screw holes to accommodate the
misalignment.
