[Elecraft] P3

The P3/SVGA is the single most useful piece in the K3 line one of the main
reasons I chose the line was this feature and the K3 receiver. I know
several ops that feel the same way also about the panadapter.

The P3 NEEDS the upgrade to monitor the Tx of the K3 in all modes. This will
make it far more useful.

The wait for this has dragged on too long and still no word on a release
'time-frame'........
