[Elecraft] Remote power on for k3/0 via remote rig or other

I am wanting to remotely turn on my k3/0. I have a remoterig attached to the
PC via USB and a serial cable from the remoterig to the k3/0. Is there a way
for me to remotely turn on and off the k3/0?
