[Elecraft] [K3] new build (s/n 7080) Synthesizer calibration throws an E 00005/ERR VCO

Thanks for the comments, Fred.
I just cut the tie-band, pulled the crystal, all three TMP cables, and the
KREF3 board out and re-seated all (Xtal leads looked OK to me).
Still getting E 00005 / ERR VCO then E 00255 / ERR VC4
