[Elecraft] K3 S/N 7081 VFO A Inop

OK, I found the answers.
First, I found front panel remove/ install procedure in the KDVR3 manual.
Then, when I proceeded to swap the encoders, I discovered that encoder A
pins had slid just under the socket and not inserted. Oops! They looked just
fine looking from the top with a flashlight :)
Completed setup and checked into the Elecraft net. S/N 7081's first contact.
