Happy New Year!  Starting another year of Hamfests!


The AARA Rayne LA Hamfest is coming up March 8 and 9th, 2013

The organizers have been very gracious in inviting Elecraft to 
participate in the Hamfest.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend, but are hoping that some 
of our enthusiasts might be able to have work an Elecraft booth.

It sounds like a great Hamfest and wish I was going- hate to miss the 
Crawfish Boil!

There is no actual selling of the products or order taking at the booth, 
just show and tell and a chance to talk - alot :).

We pay for the table, send signs and literature to hand out and if time 
have Elecraft shirts made for the Elecraft enthusiasts who work at the 
table.

The enthusiasts bring their Elecraft products to show off.  It is  a 
great opportunity for others to see Elecraft products and talk to the 
people who operate and use them all the time.

It usually takes 2-4 people to cover the day and one person to 
coordinate the others and receive the banner, literature, etc. for set up.
