[Elecraft] K3 A couple of buttons do not work - solved

As recommended by Gary / Elecraft I replaced all 4 Encoders Z1 to Z4.
After 2 contests and more than 1000 QSOs I'm glad again with my K3.
Thanks to all that answered direct.
