[Elecraft] Off Topic: Re AA Engineering 5Amp smart charger.

Hi all fellow Elecrafters,

Off topic question

I am building the AA Engineering 5Amp smart charger to keep my 200Ah 
Gell Cell batteries in tip top condition to run K34520 & KAT500..

I am at the stage of building the Series pass heat sink assemblies and 
was wondering if any of the owners of complete 5A smart chargers could 
advise me
as to the TO3 transistor type used as the actual series pass types in 
the AA Engineering built chargers.

The reason I am enquiring is that I had purchased the PC board and have 
a correct transformer type from my junk box and would like to keep to AA 
Engineerings recipe.

But, there is no mention of the devices as fitted by AA Engineering in 
their "as built" version, as I have a well stock junk box I did not go 
to the extra expense of ordering a full kit of parts.

So if any one on the list could take the trouble to look at their AA 
Engineering 5A smart charger and let me know, I would greatly appreciate 
the courtesy.

Please reply either off list -or- direct on list would be helpful to 
others in same predicament as myself.
