[Elecraft] Unusual P3 behavior ?

I have noticed when changing to certain bands there is a delay in setting the
new reference level.  Several seconds in I hear a relay click in the P3 and
the grass drops down.  Does not always do this, or always on the same band,
but often enough that I am accustomed to it and not worried, it is only the
first 1-3 seconds to settle out when it does happen.
