I believe the answer is yes. You would control the KRC2's ACC relays using
the ACC function in the K3. You would be setting ACC to 0 (all ACC outputs
off), 1 (ACC1 on), 2 (ACC2 on)  or 3 (ACC3 on). As to how to set those
vlaues using the PF keys, I can't help, but I bet we have some folks here on
the list who are expert in creating macros of the K3 and could help explain
how to do this.

 

Note also that all KRC2 outputs are mappable using the new KRC2 Utility (for
Windows) that is now on the Elecraft web site.

Why not just emulate a K2? All you need to do is to issue IF response to the
KRC2 and it will respond the the band/frequency and make alternate
selections. The PC does not need to listed to anything from the KRC2 unless
you really want it to.
