[Elecraft] k3 macro command for Speaker or Phones?

I have PF1 set up to do this, toggle SPKR+PH on and off.

It doesn't need a macro command.

Use the K3 CONFG menu, navigate to SPKR+PH, and then hold PF1 (the RIT
button).  It says "PF1 Set". Then tap "Menu" to exit the menu.

PF1 now toggles SPKR+PH.

It takes a second or so after you HOLD PF1 for the speaker to turn off.

Trying to set up a macro command to assign to front panel switch, to go from
speaker or phones plugged in rear,  but not able to figure the full command.
I got command which brings up the menu option, but not the rest with just
the button press.  

Please someone give me the command sequence or lead me to the right page of
the programming manual.
