[Elecraft] K3 default frequency - fixed

Gary of Elecraft suggested trying the 2 VFO's A and B and seeing if that
would work
before doing a EEINIT.

I am pleased to report that fixed the problem.. tuned VFO A to 740 khz  -
then A>B
then powered off and on and it kept the 740 freq
