[Elecraft] K3 default frequency

Thanks Don   - but no  - that did not work :

radio on 740

changed to 20 m  14.010

powered off with power switch

powered on:  14.010

changed bands down to the '160m' band - 30/40/80 ok on proper frequencies
but back to 1.150 on bottom band
