[Elecraft] Made a DB15 cable to connect K3 + KAT500, but now Amp is disabled

Problem solved ! Amp works with K3 and KAT500 !

I removed the pin #10 wire from the K3 end of the cable.

BTW, before I removed the wire from #10  I checked to see if
it had a connection to any other pin - and no, all was OK.
