[Elecraft] Made a DB15 cable to connect K3 + KAT500, but now Amp is disabled

I think the key might be to remove pin 10 from the K3 end of the cable. I
suspect something in the cable might affect the K3's RCA PTT connection,
either pulling it down full time or holding it up. I'm just guessing. I
don't question that the cable has continuity pin to pin. I wonder what pins
might have continuity to each other.

It really shouldn't be necessary to remove pin 10 - it should get as far as
the relay in the KAT500, and be left dangling there (not connected to
anything else). It really shouldn't do any harm. I still think it may be
shorted to something else, or there's some other factor at play here that we
haven't thought of yet. It would be interesting to see if removing pin 10
does solve the problem, but I'd still wonder why....
