[Elecraft] Made a DB15 cable to connect K3 + KAT500, but now Amp is disabled

Steve,
I recall that there is a problem if both pin 10 of the cable and the RCA
cable is used between the K3 and the KAT500. I can't remember the
details, but try removing pin 10 from your cable as a test.
