Hi Ian,

Yep that's it. Numerous emails to elecraft have not got me a fix for this
either. Pretty annoying problem and a lack of effort by the factory to find
what is causing the issue.

I know to 'fix' the problem each time, when the kpa500 is powered on,
switch between oper/stby causes the issue to be resolved which is fine
except that it is not the way the K-Line was meant to operate.
