Yes, I have seen it, and reported it. IIRC, it seemed that there is an
"ON" message followed immediately by an "OPER" message, and sometimes
the latter gets dropped. When it fails, there's only one "beep" from
the K3. I never found a solution.

I've since changed my (remote) setup so that the KPA500 has its 220V
supply cut off by a relay that hangs off the K3's 12v ACC, so it gets
a hard power-on when the K3 is powered on, and I no longer have the
problem. At least I think that's the only change I made...
