[Elecraft] KX3 Beta firmware rev. 1.44: Easier NR adjustment; DVR message play dropout fixed

Gene,

Just download the latest.  The KX3 Utility will do it almost 
"automagically".
Try it, and if the "click on" boxes in KX3 Utility are not intuitive to 
you, ask and you will receive an answer.
