[Elecraft] IS command...only for main receiver? What about sub?

FWIW, the 'IS' command does NOT seem to have an effect on the Sub-RX
for me - e.g. in phone mode, with the sub on (no diversity), if I send
"IS 1500;", the main RX shifts, but the sub does not ... until I
invoke 'A>B ALL'. I wouldn't have expected IS to affect both
receivers. I'm not sure what Joe is experiencing. There does seem to
be a case for an 'IS$', or some way of manipulating the Sub-RX IS by
command.... wonder if Wayne is listening......
