[Elecraft] KX3 PBT - and K3?

Hi,
I have not noticed any lack of responsiveness of the PBT knobs during
receive on my K3 (FW 4.14). I can not turn them fast enough to have them
skip any steps. Lots of knobs and buttons are ignored during TX, including
the PBT knobs. To me it's no big deal but I can see the other point of view.
