Each individual character will be sent at the correct baud rate no
matter what the CW speed. But if you use the message buffers,
characters are guaranteed to be sent out back to back, as if you were
sending a brag tape from a computer application. (I.e., 60 WPM for
RTTY.)
This means you can send info quickly via message buffers, but keep the
keyer speed set to a comfortable level in case you need to send that
way.
